F4R and F7R powered Renault models (Clio, Megane) are very popular in racing. We have been aware of this demand from our customers and developed 3 kits for these engines.
PR1. Specal kit with forged connecting lightweight connecting rod, extra long. High compression ultralight CNC piston (83 to 84mm).
PR2. Kit Car 2.0L. Complete cranktrain kit with CNC high compression pistons. Designed for high revving engines up to 9000rpm. Short stroke crankshaft (90,2mm), extralong, lightweight connecting rods and lightweight pistons (84mm).
PR3. Stroker 2.2L. Complete cranktrain kit with CNC high compression pistons for 2.2L displacement. Long stroke crankshaft (96mm), extralong, lightweight connecting rods and lightweight pistons (84,5mm).
Highest level of engineering and materials, and state of the art machining techniques make an outstanding optimized design. Piston weight is reduced by 85 g, connecting rod by 140 g (each) compared to the OEM part but with increased strenght and robustness up to 40%. Furthermore, contact pressure piston-cylinder wall is reduced up to 80kgf and tension on the rod, rod bolts and bearings reduced up to +500kgf at TDC. Higher performance and improved reliability.
